We want your integration to go smoothly. Contact us at [hei@delivr.no](mailto:hei@delivr.no) for keys, webhook setup, sandbox drivers and anything in these docs.

## Help us help you

Include these in your message and we can answer much faster:

- The **`X-Request-Id`** of the call. Every answer carries one, and every error body repeats it as `error.requestId`. You can also send your own `X-Request-Id` (up to 64 characters of `A-Za-z0-9._-`) to correlate with your logs.
- The order's **`reference`** (`DD-…`) or `id`.
- Whether it happened in the **sandbox or production**.
- What you expected, and what you got instead (status and `error.code`).

Never email API keys or webhook secrets. We never ask for them.
