# Billing

You charge the shopper in your own checkout, at whatever price you choose. Delivr bills you.

- **Prices** come from your agreement with Delivr, and are frozen in the quote. The option's `price` is exactly what you are billed, VAT included (`vatMinor` and `exVatMinor` give the split).
- **Invoices** are weekly, one per market, for delivered orders plus any cancellation fees. Corrections come as credit notes.
- **Fallback windows.** When a failed on-demand order moves to a window, you are billed for the window delivery. The recipient pays nothing extra.
- **Cancellation fees** follow the stages in [Cancelling](/guides/cancelling/).

All amounts are integers in minor units: `{"amountMinor": 14900, "currency": "NOK"}` is NOK 149.00.
